A breaking device for loader, includes a moving arm, a lift oil cylinder, a tie bar, a rocker arm, rotary hopper cylinder, a breaker and a hydraulic actuating unit, a connecting bracket constituted by a base, a connecting base, a tie bar base and a moving arm base. The connecting base connects with the connecting arm of the breaker; the tie bar base and the moving arm base are hinged respectively with the tie bar and the moving arm. The hydraulic actuating unit includes a hydraulic circuit constituted by a rotation pump, a priority valve, an electromagnetic valve stand, an oil inlet pipe, a breaker, an oil outlet pipe and an oil tank; the oil outlet of the electromagnetic valve stand communicating with the auxiliary oil outlet of the priority valve connects with the oil inlet of the breaker; the oil outlet of the breaker.
