The utility model discloses to an easy-fixed clothes-horse, which comprises a weighted underpan, with an upright stanchion on the upside with a positioning ring. The utility mode is characterized in that a clip is provided with a shape like an English letter ''F'', wherein a positioning ring is arranged on the tail of the clip, and an adjusting screw is arranged on the foreside of the clip. So the apparatus can be easily fixed on the wall of a terrace or a window by adjusting the length of the screw.
