本实用新型公开一种用于进水球阀检修密封机械锁定的结构，采用锁定螺母、锁定杆及锁定楔块结合结构，通过旋转锁定螺母带动锁定杆使锁定楔块进入检修密封与上游法兰间，保证检修密封误操作时不会退出。并在投入端及退出端设置限位装置，避免出现卡涩及漏水现象，结构紧凑，安全性高，可广泛应用于水轮机进水球阀上。

The utility model discloses a structure for mechanically locking an overhaul seal of a water inlet ball valve, which adopts a combined structure of a locking nut, a locking rod and a locking wedge block, and the locking nut is rotated to drive the locking rod to enable the locking wedge block to enter between the overhaul seal and an upstream flange, so that the overhaul seal is prevented from exiting during misoperation. Limiting devices are arranged at the input end and the output end, jamming and water leakage are avoided, the structure is compact, safety is high, and the water turbine water inlet ball valve can be widely applied to water turbine water inlet ball valves.
