When three-phase arrangement needs to be adjusted or three phases are not located on the same straight linein space in the transformation period of the transformer substation or due to other reasons. The three-phase line outgoing device can be used as a transition means to maintain normal power supply, hasa good interface with a traditional line outgoing mode, and effectively performs space dispersion on a three-phase line, so that the three-phase line outgoing device can still maintain a good electrical distance when phase change or non-linear distribution is required subsequently.
