The device comprises a drill bit mounting frame, wherein a punching drill bit (1) and adistance fixing rod (2) are installed on the drill bit installation frame, and the mulch applicator is characterized in that a mulch breaking device (3) is movably installed on the distance fixing rod(2), the punching drill bit (1) is connected with a transmission motor (4), efficient punching can be achieved through a simple structure, and the problem that in the punching process, the drill bitis prone to being wound by mulch can be solved.
