The system comprises a remote control system and a test system, the remote control system is connected with the test system through wireless signals, the test system comprises a constant temperature system, a metering device is arranged in the constant temperature system, a camera device is further arranged in the constant temperature system, and the metering device is connected with a direct current power supply. The device achieves the remote monitoring of the liquid crystal performance of an outdoor electric energy metering device, and improves the detection efficiency and precision.
