The device is reasonable and compact in structure; the control unit judges whether the substation equipment settlement distance data and the equipment inclination data acquired by the data acquisition unit in real time reach alarm conditions or not according to set alarm thresholds; and alarm information is sent to a worker and an upper computer in real time, so that maintenance personnel can master equipment conditions and timely discover and process the equipmentwhen the equipment is inclined due to settlement, and the method has the characteristics of safety, labor saving, simplicity, convenience and high efficiency.
