本实用新型公开了一种管道防气体阻隔排气自动打孔机，通过设置具有减速机的控制组件，由于塑料管在行进过程中带动控制组件中的行程轮，行程轮与定位轮通过齿轮副连接，从而带动定位轮产生转动，每当转到四分之一圆周位置时，定位轮上的凸出的触点触动触点控制器，电磁阀接通，气缸开始工作，打孔针对管道打孔，实现了对管道的自动打孔。(ESM)同样的发明创造已同日申请发明专利

The utility model discloses an automatic puncher of pipeline gas -tight body separation exhaust, the control assembly who has the speed reducer through the setting, because the stroke wheel of plastictubing in the in -process of advancing drives control assembly, the stroke wheel passes through the gear pair with the locating wheel and is connected, thereby it produces the rotation to drive the locating wheel, when going to quadrant week position to, contactor controller is touched to convex contact on the locating wheel, the solenoid valve switch -on, the cylinder is started working, the perforating needle punches to the pipeline, realized punching to the automation of pipeline.
