The utility model relates to a carry out assay determination technical field to biochemical material, especially relate to an asymmetric waveform generation circuit and ion mobility spectrometer. Asymmetric waveform generation circuit includes: a signal input circuit for importing the random waveform. With the drive circuit that the signal input circuit electricity is connected. With the waveformgeneration circuit that the drive circuit electricity is connected, waveform generation circuit is used for producing asymmetric square wave wave form. Asymmetric waveform generation circuit can produce high amplitude, high -frequency and duty cycle, positive and negative amplitude than more excellent asymmetric square wave wave form.
