本实用新型公开了一种纤维神经内镜鞘管固定装置，用于在神经内镜脑室手术中固定支撑鞘管(1)，包括：支架(2)与夹持机构；支架(2)包括互相连接呈门字形的两个下支脚(21)、两个立柱板(22)与一个顶支板(23)；两个下支脚(21)分别固定于手术切口两侧面的头皮上，顶支板(23)通过夹持机构固定鞘管(1)。可以固定于头皮，并将内镜鞘管固定于其支架上，保持鞘管在手术过程中不移动，能很好的保护脑组织不受损伤。
