本实用新型提供的一种离合装置及包装设备，其中离合装置包括机架、主动件、与所述主动件配合的从动件、控制所述主动件和所述从动件分离或者联动的控制组件；还包括作用于所述从动件上的制动组件，所述从动件和所述主动件分离时，所述制动组件作用使所述从动件停止运动。该技术方案可较好地实现从动件与主动件脱离后即停止，从而可准确判断从动件停止位置，即可满足定位置停止的工作要求。而且结构及工作原理简单，成本低。
