The utility model discloses a ten KV cable general test clamp. The test clamp comprises a rectangular insulating plate. A row of cable clamping grooves are arranged at the width side of the insulating plate in the length direction. The cable clamping grooves are rectangular. A clamping block is arranged in each cable clamping groove in a sliding manner. A sliding rail mechanism is arranged between the clamping block and two side walls of the cable clamping groove. The clamping block is controlled by a clamping adjusting mechanism to slide along the sliding rail mechanism and clamp a cable placed in the cable clamping groove. Readjusting of a cable head during the test gap of cable direct current test, cable insulation test and cable voltage withstand test is not needed, and specially-assigned person attention for preventing self deformation of the cable head during test is not needed.
