An embedded buffer device comprises a piston and a sleeve arranged outside the piston in a sleeving mode, wherein the piston is provided with a piston shaft, an upper-portion stress structure arranged on the piston shaft in a sleeving mode, horizontal rubber connected to the circumferential outside of the upper-portion stress structure of the piston and a bottom stress structure installed under the piston shaft. A plurality of steel gap strips are evenly arranged outside the sleeve, and a limiting structure is arranged on two sides of the bottom of the sleeve respectively. The embedded buffer device is simple in structure, inserted installation of the buffer device can be achieved only through the gap strips arranged on the sleeve, construction cost is greatly reduced, and a construction process can be simple and convenient. In addition, the safety of platform offshore installation is improved, and construction accuracy is guaranteed.
