The moving control system comprises a grating ruler, a rail system, a robot body, a central control unit, a servo motor, a servo driver, a grating position reading module and a communication module, wherein the central control unit is respectively communicated with the communication module, the servo driver and the grating position reading module, the robot body is fixedly arranged on the rail system, the two ends of the rail system are respectively connected with the two ends of the grating ruler, and the grating ruler is connected with the grating position reading module.
