Reasonable selection of an electrode insulating material and the insulating structure design guarantee that the electrodes are suitable under high field intensity. By means of the system of the utility model, the conductance property of the insulating material under high field intensity can be studied, so as to provide a basis for experimental and theoretical study of the insulation reliability of power equipment.
