The utility model discloses a double-breasted safety waistband for firemen. The double-breasted safety waistband comprises a first band body (1) and a second band body (5). An insertion head part (2) is fixed to one end of the first band body (1), and an insertion opening part (4) is fixed to one end of the second band body (5). The first band body (1) and the second band body (5) are respectively formed by nylon and metal wires in a mixed weaving mode. The other end of the first band body (1) and the other end of the second band body (5) are connected with an execution component of a tension sensor (8). The double-breasted safety waistband is better in safety performance.
