The retaining grating comprises a plurality of inner stripes and an outer stripe, wherein the multiple inner stripes are intersected with one another to form a latticed grating structure and a plurality of hollow grating units; the outer stripe surrounds the periphery of the grating structure and is fixed with the inner stripes; the retaining grating further comprises a plurality of springs clamped and fixed with the inner stripes; the springs comprise first elastic sheets and second elastic sheets; one end of each first elastic sheet is fixed with one end of each second elastic sheet; the other end of each first elastic sheet is separated from the other end of each second elastic sheet; each first elastic sheet comprises two first elastic blades which are arched towards the interior of the corresponding grating unit; a clearance is reserved between the two first blades, and the two first blades jointly press and clamp a fuel stick.
