By virtue of the novel controllable environment-friendly and energy-saving coke quenching device disclosed by the utility model, the further reaction of high-temperature semi-coke is terminated after the yield of tar reaches a highest level; the coal power in mixed gas is removed and treated; the water vapor is separated and the recycling of condensed water is achieved; the recovery and burning of combustible gas is achieved; and the storage of the semi-coke product is pretreated and thus the efficiency of the follow-up process is improved.
