Provided is a hatching weighting machine for poultry selection and breeding, comprising a weighing system and a data processor. The weighing system comprises a weighing sensor, a MCU, and an A/D conversion module. The weighing sensor is connected with the MCU through the A/D conversion module. The weighing system also comprises an input module, a display module, a real-time clock module, a communication module, a data storage module, an RFID identification module and a power supply module which are connected with the MCU respectively and perform data interaction with the MCU. The hatching weighing machine is suitable to solve weighing problems of mass eggs in selection, breeding, protecting, and cultivating processes, and a problem of accurately weighing the poultry when a young poultry is hatched.
