The utility model relates to an adjustable movable sleeve head applied to a sleeve wrench. The sleeve head comprises a connecting sleeve used for being connected onto a sleeve rod, and is characterized in that a fixing sleeve is in bolted connection with the interior of the connecting sleeve; a ring of movable ejector blocks used for being clamped on a nut to be operated are arranged on the periphery of the fixing sleeve, and are uniformly distributed in a plane shape. The sleeve head is simple in structure, convenient to realize, capable of adapting to various types of nuts and free of frequent replacement of the sleeve head, and can improve working efficiency for maintenance.
