According to the electromagnetic relay, a movable contact sheet (41) can be rotated by a movable iron sheet (43), which can be rotated by excitation and demagnetization of an electromagnetic iron block (20), and therefore contact or separation of a movable contact (42) disposed on the movable contact sheet (41) and fixed contacts(51,56) opposite to the movable contact (42) can be realized. The motion characteristics can be adjusted by a pressing amount of pressing normally-opened, normally-closed fixed contact terminals (50,55) provided with normally-opened, normally-closed fixed contacts (51,56) in a winding shaft (21) of the electromagnetic iron block (20) along the moving direction of the movable contact (42).
