Disclosed in the utility model is a phase shifting type anti-interference line parameter tester comprising a housing and a detection circuit. The detection circuit consists of a power supply, a protection circuit, an exciting unit and a line parameter acquisition and processing module; and the input terminal of the line parameter acquisition and processing module is connected with a detected line. The exciting unit includes a phase shift circuit, a filter circuit, a phase splitting circuit, a power amplifier circuit, and a power output circuit, wherein the circuits are successively connected; the input terminal of the phase shift circuit is connected with an exciting source by a wiring terminal at a wiring terminal strip; and three output terminals of the power output circuit are respectively connected with the A phase, the B phase and the C phase of the detected line by three wiring terminals of the wiring terminal strip. According to the scheme, line parameter measurement can be carried out rapidly and efficiently; and induction voltages and interferences caused by same-tower erecting and crossing spanning can be separated. Moreover, the tester has advantages of good anti-interference performance, convenient operation, small and exquisite size, good portability, and simple structure.
