The utility model reveals a wire checker. The housing of the wire checker is equipped with a battery holder, a lamp socket, a positive-pole jack, and a negative-pole jack. The positive electrode of the battery holder is connected with the positive-pole jack through a wire. The negative electrode of the battery holder is connected with the negative-pole jack through a wire. A bulb is installed on the lamp socket which is connected in series with the wire connected with the positive electrode or the wire connected with the negative electrode. The wire checker is simple in structure, low is manufacturing cost, easy to use, and capable of effectively increasing work efficiency of detection operation.
