The stirring fork is arranged on the sliding rod which is provided with the stirring fork. Balance of the stirring rod is controlled by matching of the bearing and the guiding groove, the gear blocking position is controlled by matching of the gear and the shaft, and then gear shifting clutching is achieved. According to the gear shifting clutch device, a gear shifting clutch mechanism of an up-down staggering structure is reasonably arranged in a limited space, middle transmission chains are reduced, and the gear shifting clutch device has the advantages of being simple in structure, compact in layout, reliable in operation and safe to operate.
