The utility model relates to an inlet and outlet dual-linkage switching valve. The inlet and outlet dual-linkage switching valve comprises a pair of safety valves, an inlet switching valve and an outlet switching valve. The inlet switching valve is provided with an inlet pipe base with one inlet and two outlets, and the outlet switching valve is provided with an outlet pipe base with one outlet and two inlets. Inlets and outlets of the pair of safety valves are communicated with the two outlets of the inlet pipe base and the two inlets of the outlet pipe base. The inlet switching valve and the outlet switching valve are connected with an interlocking device for controlling synchronous linkage of the inlet switching valve and the outlet switching valve. The inlet switching valve is further provided with a valve base arranged on the two outlets of the inlet pipe base, a valve clack and a valve rod, the outlet switching valve is further provided with a valve base arranged on the two inlets of the outlet pipe base, a valve clack and a valve rod, the valve rods drive the valve clacks to open and close the two valve bases alternately, and elastic pieces are arranged in the connection positions of the valve clack and the valve rod of the inlet switching valve. According to the inlet and outlet dual-linkage switching valve, springs are additionally arranged between the valve clacks and the valve rods at the inlet ends of the switching valves, and therefore the problem of non-synchronization of travel caused by accumulated errors in the machining, assembly and chain transmission process is solved; the errors of travel between the two switching valves are adjusted; the two sealing ends of the inlet switching valve and the outlet switching valve can be synchronously sealed.
