The utility model, which belongs to the technical field of the underwater acoustic measurement, relates to an underwater acoustic transducer capable of isolating non-underwater acoustic vibration. The underwater acoustic transducer comprises a conical surface, a long rod, a tapered hole seat, a left clamp hoop, and a right clamp hoop. The conical surface is installed at the long rod; and the dimensions of the taper angle of the conical surface and the taper hole degree of the tapered hole set are matched with each other. The tapered hole seat is fixed on an underwater housing; the left clamp hoop is fixed at a water surface housing; and a right clamp hoop is movably connected with the left clamp hoop by a connecting holt. A rubber layer is arranged at the outer surface of the conical surface; and rubber layers are installed at the arc surfaces of the inner walls of the left clamp hoop and the right clamp hoop. Besides, the thickness of the rubber layer at the outer surface of the conical surface is 10mm; and the thicknesses of the rubber layers at the arc surfaces of the inner walls of the left clamp hoop and the right clamp hoop are 12mm. According to the scheme, the structural mode of rubber layer installation at the overwater support point and the underwater support point is adopted, so that parts of vibration noises of the ship body or buoy body can be isolated or blocked and thus the influence on the measurement precision of the used underwater acoustic transducer by the non-underwater acoustic noises can be reduced; and the oscillating influence when the transducer works can be reduced and the underwater diver work is not required.
