本实用新型涉及一种适用于IGBT并联的复合母排，所述复合母排由绝缘层、导体层和绝缘板叠加而成，所述导体层包括交流输出极板导体层、正极板导体层和负极板导体层，所述交流输出极板导体层和负极板导体层的电流输出端一侧设有长槽。本实用新型的复合母排改变了电流在母排上的路径，避免了并联IGBT模块电流不均衡的问题。

The utility model relates to a composite busbar for paralleled IGBTs; the composite busbar is formed by stacking an insulation layer, a conductor layer and an insulation plate; the conductor layer comprises an AC output pole plate conductor layer, an anode plate conductor layer and a cathode plate conductor layer; a current output end side of the AC output pole plate conductor layer and the cathode plate conductor layer is provided with a long groove. The composite busbar changes the current path on the busbar, thereby preventing current unbalanced problem of the paralleled IGBT modules.
