The utility model relates to a sling specialized for replacing a whole 66-kilovolt isolating switch set. The sling comprises a support, a suspension arm, a controller, an electric speed reducer, a pulley block and a hook. The suspension arm is arranged on the support. The pulley block is arranged on the suspension arm. One end of the pulley block is connected with the hook while the other end is connected with the electric speed reducer. The electric speed reducer is connected with the controller through a cable. The sling is used for replacing a 66-kilovolt isolating switch during a power-off operation process. The sling can guarantee safe, high-quality and high-efficiency replacement of the 66-kilovolt isolating switch.
