The utility model provides an integrated oil field water pretreatment device. The device comprises an extraction and oil removal device, a filtering device, an enrichment and separation device and an acquisition device, which are sequentially connected through connecting pipelines in a sealed way, wherein control valves are arranged on the connecting pipelines respectively; an air inlet which can be sealed is formed in the top of the filtering device; the acquisition device comprises a waste liquor acquirer and a treated sample acquirer, which are connected with the bottom of the enrichment and separation device respectively; an air inlet of a vacuum pump is connected with the waste liquor acquirer and the treated sample acquirer respectively. According to the device, the whole pretreatment process of purification, oil removal, separation and enrichment of oil field water can be simply, quickly and efficiently implemented, and the condition that treated samples are contaminated can be reduced and even completely avoided.
