The illuminating system comprises a box, wherein a layer board for storing a test strip or containing a test strip device is arranged at the bottom of the box. The system is characterized in that a transmitting plastic partitioning plate is arranged at the top of the box and opposite to a part above the layer board, and one or more LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamps are arranged near the back of the partitioning plate. Point light transmitted by the lamps and refracted by the plastic partitioning plate become uniform light which is illuminated on the test strip, and thus, images obtained by an optical element are uniform without parts which are different in light and shade.
