A test strip for testing high-sensitivity aflatoxin M1 is composed of a microvoid reagent (8) and a test strip body (9). The test strip is characterized in that the microvoid reagent (8) comprises a back plate (1), a protective film sticker (5-1), a sample pad (2), a cellulose membrane (3), a water absorption pad (4) and a protective film sticker (5-2) are respectively pasted on the back plate (1) from left to right, wherein the protective film sticker (5-1), the sample pad (2), the cellulose membrane (3), the water absorption pad (4) and the protective film sticker (5-2) are respectively provided with a mark, a control line C line (7) and a test line T line (6) are arranged on the cellulose membrane (3) respectively, wherein the C line (7) marks a second antibody of goat antimouse or rabbit antimouse, the T line (6) marks a compound of the aflatoxin M1 and a protein carrier, and an aflatoxin M1 monoclonal antibody gold nanoparticle layer (8-1) is filled into the microvoid reagent (8). The test strip is high in sensitivity, wide in test range, rapid in test speed, and convenient to operate.
