An apparatus employing a high speed projector for realizing 360-DEG 3-D display belongs to the technology field of 3-D display. An extra visual aid tool is required in the prior art, and 360-DEG watching is unavailable. The apparatus is characterized in that a transmission type orientation scattering screen is supported by a holder ring, the transmission type orientation scattering screen is inclined to form an angle of 45 DEG relative to the horizontal plane, the high speed projector is positioned under the transmission type orientation scattering screen, the projection axis of the high speed projector is overlapped with the rotation axis of the transmission type orientation scattering screen, a master control computer is connected with a DMD controller and a rotation controller, the DMD controller is connected with the high speed projector and the rotation controller, the rotation controller is also connected with a motor, the rotation driving relation between the motor and the holder ring is established through a transmission mechanism, a rotating speed sensor detects the rotating speed and angle position of the holder ring, and the rotating speed sensor is connected with the rotation controller. More than one viewer can watch the same stereo image with naked eyes from any observation angle in the 360-DEG scope with the three dimensional display apparatus as the center.
