A through hole (8) is arranged in each of the grooves (9). A steel ball (5) is movably arranged in each of the grooves (9), and one end of a connecting rod (4) is fixedly connected with the steel ball (5) while the other end of the connecting rod (4) penetrates through the corresponding through hole (8) and then fixedly connected with a magnetic sucking disc (2). A cover plate (6) is arranged on each groove (9). The cover plates (6) and the vertical plate of the L-shaped support (1) are riveted together through rivets (7). The magnetic instrument rack can firmly dispose the instrument originally needing to be held by hands and is beneficial for allowing the both hands to operate a probe, and the magnetic instrument rack is simple in structure and convenient to use.
