The utility model relates to an electric energy metering device with power quality monitoring, which comprises an electric energy integrated data collection terminal, a transmission subsystem and a background management subsystem, wherein the electric energy integrated data collection terminal is connected with the background management subsystem through the transmission subsystem, and the electric energy integrated data collection terminal is installed on an outgoing line switch cabinet of a distribution substation. Compared with the prior art, the electric energy metering device has the advantages of multiple functions, high safety, high reliability, good economy and the like.
