The utility model relates to a clamping device for welding of hard busbars. The clamping device is characterized by comprising a rectangular stainless steel plate (1). Welding grooves are formed in the middle of the stainless steel plate (1). Two clamping plates (2) are arranged on the stainless steel plate (1), so that the hard busbars (3) to be welded can be clamped on the stainless steel plate (1) at the time of welding. Trials prove that the clamping device is capable of effectively improving welding efficiency and welding quality, solves the problem that longer time is needed in the replacing process of an aluminum busbar due to the fact that the aluminum busbar is hard to weld and poor in welding process, reduces work procedures for replacing the aluminum busbar, shortens welding time of the aluminum busbar, decreases time of power failure to the outside, reduces dangerous points in the operating process and labor intensity of workers, and ensures personal security and device security.
