A master controller and a plurality of concurrent agent controllers of the system are connected through the Ethernet, and an SNMP protocol is adopted; each concurrent agent controller is connected with 1-20 active light equipment are connected through serial communication buses, and a proprietary protocol is adopted; and an equipment controller of a one-chip microcomputer of each active light equipment includes cabinet equipment or a subrack business panel. Accordingly, each concurrent agent controller includes cabinet equipment and a subrack business panel. The master controller is connected with the concurrent agent controllers through Ethernet switches, and the Ethernet switches expand the network size by multilevel cascading of optical interfaces. The facility adopts Ethernet connection of the master controller and the concurrent agent controllers and serial bus connection of the concurrent agent controllers and the light equipment, and the master controller can control tens of thousands of active light equipment, and ensures timely, rapid and reliable information response; and Ethernet connection is not restricted by regions, realizing graded and distributed control.
