The utility model relates to an intelligent electrical load unbalance compensation device. The device comprises a current sampling and metering unit, a zero sequence compensation unit and a reactive compensation unit, wherein the zero sequence compensation unit is provided with a zero sequence controller and a zero sequence compensator; the zero sequence compensator comprises a zigzag transformer, a second contactor and an electric reactor group; the zigzag transformer is connected between a three-phase voltage wire and a zero wire in series; the second contactor is connected on the zero wire in parallel; the electric reactor group is connected on the second contactor in parallel; a first contactor is connected between the zigzag transformer and the three-phase voltage wire in series; one ends of coils of the first and second contactors are simultaneously connected with a CPU (central processing unit) board and the other ends thereof are connected with a secondary switch used for detecting the short circuit signal; and the other end of the secondary switch is connected with a three-phase current meter and a signal indicator light respectively. The intelligent electrical load unbalance compensation device realizes that the CPU board and the secondary switch simultaneously control the closing or opening of the first and second contactors, thus avoiding the impacts of short circuit inside the external current meter or indicator light on the loop.
