The utility model discloses a recycling system for cooling water of a rectifying tower. The system comprises a sealed water recycling system which is formed by a main heat exchanger, a first auxiliary heat exchanger, raw material tanks, a water storage tank and a pump which are sequentially connected with one another end to end, wherein the main heat exchanger is used for heating the recycled water; the first auxiliary heat exchanger and the raw material tanks are used for cooling the recycled water; and a plurality of raw material tanks can be arranged in parallel according to requirements. According to the water recycling system, the cooling water can be recycled and is used for transferring heat on the top of the rectifying tower to the raw material tanks required to be heated, thereby realizing a purpose of recycling heat energy.
