The utility model discloses an analysis and decision system for influence of large-scale charging points on a power distribution system of a housing estate. The analysis and decision system comprises a monitoring center used for analysis and decision of influence of the large-scale charging points on the power distribution system the housing estate, and a data acquisition terminal used to acquire data of the charging points. The data acquisition terminal communicates with the charging points through a network. The analysis and decision system combines a housing estate power distribution system capacity model, a normal distribution model of electrical load and electricity utilization time of the housing estate, and charging real-time data, and a calculated power distribution load curve of the housing estate is compared with the power distribution system capacity model, and thus operation state of the power distribution of the housing estate is monitored, strategies are made in operation and coordinated dispatching, and electromobile penetration rate is estimated. The analysis and decision system coordinates and controls charging behaviors of the electromobiles in the housing estate, reduces influence of charging the electromobiles in the housing estate on the power distribution system and quality of electric energy, and improves electromobile penetration rate of the housing estate. The analysis and decision system guarantees the power distribution system of the housing estate to operate safely and stably.
