The stirring system comprises a transmission device, a stirring shaft and a stirring paddle, and is characterized in that a double-spiral-ribbon stirring paddle, a blade type paddle and a semi-anchor type stirring paddle are arranged on the stirring shaft from top to bottom. According to the stirring system for the molecular sieve synthesis reaction kettle, a scraper is preferably fixed close to the inner sidewall of the reaction kettle, particularly, the scrapper is fixed on the outer side of a spiral-ribbon agitating paddle, therefore, the material can be scrapped from the wall surface of the kettle by the scrapper, the wall can be prevented from being adhered by the material, and the scrapper can be rotated synchronous with the stirring shaft. The stirring system is applicable to a molecular sieve synthesis system with high solid material content (more than 55%), and has the characteristics of being complete in material stirring, uniform in mixing, good in mass transfer and heat transfer effects, high in quantity of materials fed by a single kettle, and high in yield, and the production efficiency is improved.
