Through the speed ratio of the transmission mechanism and different leads of the screw rods, a ring bar, a yarn guiding plate and an anti-ballooning ring are enabled to move up and down in associated and regular mode, the effect that the ring bar and the yarn guiding plate move up and down stably and reliably is guaranteed, the lifting heights in the left direction, the back direction, the left direction and the right direction of the whole spinning machine are accurate, forming of bobbin yarns is good, yarn quality is improved, and the lifting device of the ring bar, the yarn guiding plate and the anti-ballooning ring mounting plate in the spinning machine is suitable for high-speed backing-off of the bobbin yarns.
