本申请提供了一种冷却塔壳体支撑柱，所述支撑柱包括支撑本体；以及壳体连接部，位于所述支撑本体的上端；基座连接部，位于所述支撑本体的下端；所述支撑本体与对应壳体交汇点的水平切线垂直。按上述支撑柱结构建造的冷却塔，由于支撑柱之间不存在较小夹角，有效减弱了空气紊流的产生。

Provided is a support column for a cooling tower shell. The support column comprises a support body; a shell interconnecting piece positioned at an upper end of the support body; and a pedestal interconnecting piece positioned at a lower end of the support body. The support body is perpendicular to a horizontal tangent of a corresponding shell intersection. A cooling tower which is constructed based on the above structure of the support column can effectively reduce the generation of air turbulence as a relative small included angle between the support columns does not exist.
