通体绝缘电工钳属于手工具技术领域。在钳子的钳口背部粘有耐磨塑料背壳,手把上套有塑料套,钳口和俩手把之间的钳体围有高弹橡胶做的裙套。拆接电线时,既增强了人身安全,又保护了相邻器件不会被钳子短路。用于电力工程等带电拆接线等作业。

The utility model relates to fully-insulating wire nippers and belongs to the technical field of hand tools. A wear-resistant plastic back shell is adhered to the back of a jaw of the nippers; plastic sleeves are sleeved on handles; and the nipper body between the jaw and the two handles is surrounded by high-elastic rubber serving as a skirt sleeve. When an electric wire is disconnected, personal safety is enhanced, and an adjacent device is not shorted out by the nippers. The fully-insulating wire nippers are applied to operation such as wire disconnection under the condition of electrification and the like in electric power engineering and the like.
