The utility model discloses a refueling device for a manual trolley. The refueling device comprises a trolley (1) and an oil tank (2); the oil tank (2) is arranged on the trolley (1); an oil injection opening (3), a ventilating opening (4) and an oil well pump (5) are arranged at the top of the oil tank (2); and the oil well pump (5) is connected with an oil transmission pipe (6). According to the refueling device provided by the utility model, the refueling efficiency can be effectively improved; the accuracy of a refueling amount can be ensured; and the potential safety hazards to staff in a refueling process can be further effectively solved.
