The utility model discloses a transportation device between land and air. The transportation device comprises a pipeline; the pipeline is supported on the ground through columns; and a track-type ground effect vehicle is arranged in the pipeline. Depending on efficient automated management software and a man-machine interaction system, the transportation device is applied conveniently, is convenient and efficient and can accomplish transportation safely and quickly. The transportation device has the advantages of having lower energy consumption than automobiles, being more flexible than trains and being safer than planes.
