The utility model relates to a flattening regulator for a film laminating machine. The flattening regulator comprises a spherical axle housing; and connecting brackets are disposed at two ends of the spherical axle housing. The flattening regulator is characterized in that a spherical tooth-shaped axle sleeve is disposed in the spherical axle housing; and the regulating end of the spherical tooth-shaped axle sleeve is connected to a regulating device. By using the flattening regulator for a film laminating machine, operations are simple, the curved surface of the spherical axle housing can be adjusted at any time, laminated films are separated favorably, and products are filmed conveniently.
