The boosting counter-force support has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design and good use effect, and is convenient to realize and simple to operate; and under the condition that the force of the haulage cable reaches a designed value but the swiveling bridge still can not normally rotate, the assistant swiveling force is provided for the bridge to swivel to ensure that the bridge can normally swivel.
