The utility model relates to a high-stability controller for an ultra-high voltage DC high voltage generator, comprising a rectifier filter circuit, a voltage stabilizing circuit, a voltage stabilizing control circuit, a bridge inversion output circuit and a voltage-multiplying rectifying high voltage output circuit, wherein the voltage stabilizing circuit comprises a voltage stabilizing unit formed by series connection of voltage stabilizing units of at least two stages. The controller can improve the stability of voltage which is output by an input power supply via the multistage voltage stabilizing units by more than ten times through increasing the stage quantity of the voltage stabilizing units of the voltage stabilizing circuit, thereby greatly improving the stability of an ultra-high voltage DC generator system.
