A plunger type electric/manual biogas residue and biogas fluid discharge pump relates to a discharge pump, aiming at solving the problems that waste residue and fluid at the bottom of a biogas pool is easy to block in pumping, manual dredging is needed, the operation environment is poor, and the labor intensity is high as the existing biogas pool discharges by adopting a barrel lifting manner, an electric discharge pump and a special vehicle matched with a vacuum pump. The electric control mode of the discharge pump is characterized in that a sleeve rotates under the drive of a motor and drives a rocker arm to do circular motion around the output axle center of the motor, and a crank and a bearing rotate along with the rocker arm; when the bearing rotates to the highest point, a piston of a cylinder body moves to the highest point; when the bearing rotates to the lowest point, the piston of the cylinder body rotates to the lowest point; and the bearing rotates by 360 degrees around the output shaft of the motor and simultaneously does reciprocating motion in a slideway, so that one-time reciprocating motion is finished in a manner of driving the piston by pressing a handle, and further the discharge is realized. The manual control mode of the discharge pump is characterized in that the piston is driven to move through a pull rod by pressing the handle manually when the power failure occurs, thus realizing the discharge. The discharge pump is used for discharge of the biogas residue and the biogas fluid.
