A steel strand recycling machine is provided with a ski, a clamp plate is perpendicularly connected on the ski and provided with a plurality of through holes, the ski is formed by an integrated skiing board, two ends of the ski are tilted at certain angles, and two sides of the ski are connected with reinforcing ribbed slabs. By the aid of the recycling machine, steel strands can be fast recycled to a specified position, thereby saving labor and time and increasing working efficiency.
